The house regulation that you will read was designed to be of support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules that we hope will be, sympathetically, followed. With a respetcful use of the apartment you will help us to keep available, also in the future, a prized holiday accommodation.

If there is something wrong inside the apartment or you need help, don't hesitate to contact us. Every object inside the apartment or that belong to it, and also that are on the balcony, can be used by guests. We kindly ask to use the inventory carefully and make sure that the traveling companions respect the behavior rules too.

The regulation and its contents must be completely read and respected during the stay in our apartments and holiday home in Livorno. Even if not explicitly mentioned, reference is made to current legislation, to bon ton and common sense of each, in everyone's interest.
