We will provide you with all the information and assistance you need upon your arrival and throughout your stay; from what to visit in the city to where to enjoy typical Livornese cuisine and more… Our Welcome Desk is always available to our guests. Our Desk will be open during the following hours: From 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. However, we are always reachable at the provided contact numbers until 12:00 AM, every day.

Check-out time is by 10.00 am
Arrivals and departures at different times
We will be at your disposal to plan a self-check-in if you are not able to arrive in time (service available only upon request) Check-in time is from 4 pm until 8 pm and check-out time is by 10.00 am. To welcome you in the best conditions please let us know at what time you are planning to be here and at what time are you planning to leave on check-out day. Check-out time is usually at 10.00 am but if you book directly on our web site you will have the possibility to have a free late check-out by 11.00 am (this is subject to availability). According to our availability and by paying an extra fee it is possible to stay also longer.
